Refunds

We're happy to give any refunds if you feel like our product hasn't lived up to your execptations. Just shoot us an email at hello@prepwithai.com and we'll process your refund immediately as soon as our payment processor Paddle allows.

User Data

We utilise a few different methods to collect information on our users so that we can provide our service. These include, but are not limited to:

• Cookies : These are files with a small amount of data that are used as anonymous unique identifiers. We use these to identify you when you log and to secure our website
• Analytics : To understand how users are using our site, we use Google Analytics
• Training of Models : We use user data in training our custom models but scrub out all identifying data manually before feeding it to train. If you're not comfortable with this, we provide an opt-out option

We might employ some third-party companies and inviduals down the line but if we do, we'll send you a update and list it here

Recomendations

Ultimately our service aims to help you better prepare for interviews but we don't guarantee a job if you use it. We suggest treating it as a proxy of sorts to bounce ideas with and to see how you can improve and craft your story. Any value judgements that we give are just to result of some complex matrix multiplication.

We apologise in advance if the model spits out something that we didn't censor - we're a small team and there's a limited amount of things that we can actually do.
